In order to provide you with personalized software solution (the “Illu Service”), Illu Global Inc. (“Illu”) needs you to provide certain information relating to you, and from which, either alone or connected with other information to which we may have access, you can be individually identified (“Personal Information”). We take the privacy of this Personal Information very seriously. In this policy (“Privacy Policy”) we explain what type of Personal Information we collect, how we collect your Personal Information, and how we will use the Personal Information you provide.

The Personal Information that we collect and you provide helps to provide you the Illu Service, administer our business and analyze the use of the Illu Service to understand and improve the Illu Service. Your Personal Information also allows us to communicate with you about special offers, promotions, and other news that may be of interest to you.
Illu uses your Personal Information to provide you with the Illu Service, to provide you with superior customer service, and to administer our business. This includes but is not limited to the following activities:
Non-personal data is used as described above and in other ways as permitted by applicable laws, including combining non-personal data with personal data.
Illu does not sell or rent your Personal Information to third parties. Protecting the privacy and security of your Personal Information is a priority for us.
Illu may share a copy of your Illu Profile, which may include your email address (if provided) with: (i) service providers, subcontractors, and agents who perform services on our behalf; and (ii) to third parties in certain business relationships, such as, but not limited to, co-branded offerings where we may offer a service or feature that is co-branded by Illu and the third party. If you provide Personal Information in connection with a co-branded service or feature, that Personal Information may be shared between Illu and the third party. Illu’s treatment of that Personal Information is governed by this Privacy Policy, but the third party’s treatment of your Personal Information will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy. Illu may also share your Personal Information for any other purpose as disclosed at the time of collection, or when Illu has otherwise obtained consent.
In addition, Illu may share your Personal Information with law enforcement officials and as required by law. Ilu may release any or all of your Personal Information to third parties when we determine, in our reasonable judgement, that it is necessary to comply with the law, regulations, or legal processes or if required to enforce the terms of any of our policies and protect Illu’s business, employees, customers, and users.
Illu takes appropriate technical and administrative measures to help secure your Personal Information for unauthorized use or access. We use industry-standard technology designed to prevent unauthorized permissions from gaining access to your Personal Information and Illu Profile. As technology develops, we intent to take additional measures to improve our data security. No data storage system or transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. In addition, information collected by third parties may not have the same security protections as those that we provide, and we are not responsible for protecting the security of such information.
We operate globally and may transfer your Personal Information and Illu Profile to individual companies and customers of Illu as part of the Illu Service. If you are interacting with Illu from outside the United States and provide us with any Personal Information, please note that in order for us to provide the Illu Service or otherwise communicate with you as set forth in this Privacy Policy, it will be necessary for your Personal Information to be transferred, stored, and processed within the United States. Please note we may transfer information, including Personal Information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction.
When you use the Illu Service, you may be eligible to receive marketing & promotional communications from Illu or third-parties with whom Illu has a business relationship. If at any time, you wish to no longer receive these communications, you have the right to opt-out following provided instructions within the communications. Even if you opt-out of receiving Promotional Communications, you may continue to receive e-mails relating to Illu Profile updates to your Personal Information, and/or other security or business-related communications. Although the primary purpose of these emails is not to provide you with promotional material, they may contain within them some promotional materials.
In addition to the above, you may also ask us to object to or restrict processing of the Personal Information we have about you. You may ask us to transfer your Personal Information to a third party in certain circumstances. You also have the right not to be subject to decision-making based solely on automated processing in certain circumstances. Illu keeps your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to provide you with Illu Services or as long as we are required by law. We cannot remove your Personal Information when there is a legal storage requirement such as bookkeeping rules, or when there is a legal ground or obligation to keep the Personal Information, such as an ongoing contractual relationship.
The Illu Service is not intended for minors, in particular, children under the age of 18. Illu does not market to or knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. Children should always get permission from their parents before sending any Personal Information about themselves (such as their names, email addresses, and phone numbers) to anyone over the Internet.
By doing business with or interacting with Illu in the manner described in this Privacy Policy at any time on or after the effective date noted above, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the application of this Privacy Policy to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as described and subject to your rights under applicable law.
